Exams started yesterday, but the Library is here for you with some relaxation sessions using the brain-sensing MUSE headbands. We’re running these sessions every evening between 5:00 and 5:30 PM until Friday (20th Jan) in the Main Library, Ground Floor Seminar Room. If you’d like to explore the benefits of guided meditation, then drop in for as long as you want and the Student Team will introduce you to techniques that can help you focus your mind.
